Golfer’s Elbow

Golfer's elbow is a disorder in which the tendons of your forearm muscles adhere to a bony bump on the inside of your elbow, resulting in pain. It's possible that the pain will move to your forearm and wrist.

Tennis elbow, which arises on the outside of the elbow, is similar to golfer's elbow. It isn't only for golfers. Tennis players and others who clench their fingers or use their wrists frequently can develop golfer's elbows.

Golfer's elbow pain doesn't have to keep you away from the course or your favorite pastimes. You can get back into the swing of things with some rest and the right treatment.
