Frozen Shoulder

The gradual loss of movement in the shoulder joint causes frozen shoulders. A ball and a socket make up this joint. It is normally one among the body's most movable joints. The joint has become stuck and movement is limited when the shoulder is frozen. The term "frozen shoulder" refers to a shoulder that has gotten trapped and restricted in movement. Inflammation of the capsule, the tissue that surrounds the shoulder joint, is a common cause of frozen shoulder.
