Dislocation

When a bone slides out of a joint, it is called a dislocation. The top of your arm bone, for example, fits into a joint in your shoulder. A dislocated shoulder occurs when the shoulder slides or jumps out of its joint. Almost any joint in your body, including your knee, hip, ankle, and shoulder, can be dislocated.

Dislocations are most commonly caused by an unanticipated or uneven impact on a joint. If you fall or take a hard knock to the affected area, this could happen. It's more common for a joint to dislocate again once it's dislocated once.

The following are some of the other symptoms related to displaced joints:

* During movement, there is a loss of mobility that causes pain.

* Tingling sensation around the area of numbness
